Nick’s Philosophy

"My love affair with Falcon began more than 25 Years ago, when I was training to become a professional chef and would practice recipes and techniques at home on a second hand Falcon range cooker I bought locally. I've never looked back, and now have 12 Falcon range cookers at my cookery school in Scotland, and of course have the latest in my family home.

Perhaps the most important aspect of any cookers, and an area in which Falcons range cookers excel, is responsiveness. The gas burners are fast to react, bringing dishes up to boiling point with speed and maintaining eventemperatures with ease. The ovens also have extremely quick heat-up times and areexceptionally reliable with no cold spots or temperamental behaviour.

I especially lovethe robust cast iron pan supports that allow me to bang pots around without worrying about damage, and they maintain a level or surface over time, which is important for ensuring even heat distribution over the entire base of a saucepan.

I would never endorse a product I don't believe in 100% and during my entire professional career, and at home, Falcon has never let me down.
