Range Cookers and Hoods
Falcon range cookers and hoods are guaranteed for 3 years.
The 3 year guarantee covers any mechanical breakdown and cosmetic
deterioration associated with a manufacturing defect.
Range Cooker Guarantee Exceptions
Items that are not included under the 3 year guarantee
include griddles, wok rings, grill pans, trivets, filters, light
bulbs and other consumable accessories. Any damage caused other
than through normal use. Breakdowns associated with cooking
spillages. Cosmetic deterioration deemed to be normal wear and
tear. Costs will be incurred if a service call is arranged and no
fault is found.
Refrigeration and Wine Storage Units
The Falcon refrigeration and wine storage units have a 1
year parts and labour guarantee, and an additional 2
years parts only guarantee subject to meeting the minimum
service requirements and correct operation, as outlined in product
instructions.

Terms & Conditions
This guarantee is available on UK purchases of Falcon
range cookers, splashbacks and hoods. Guarantee only applies to new
appliances. Second-hand appliances or reconditioned products are
excluded. This guarantee is not transferable. The 3 year guarantee
only applies to normal domestic use. The guarantee covers any
mechanical breakdown and cosmetic deterioration associated with a
manufacturing defect. Proof and date of purchase will need to be
established to receive a service visit.

specification, design and production of products, so alterations
will occasionally take place. Whilst every effort is made to
produce up to-date information, this website should not be
